Returning Non-Defective Merchandise

If you wish to return something, we will happily accept your return for a refund minus shipping costs within 30 days from the day it was delivered to your door. Please see the “Shipping and Payments” tab above for full Return Policy details.

Returning Defective Merchandise

You are required to notify us of any defective product within 30 days of receipt.
In the unlikely event you receive a defective product, we will issue a refund or ship a replacement, whichever you chose, once the defective item is returned and received at our warehouse.

Return Process

Submit return request via the eBay Returns Portal

Find the item in your “My eBay” page under Purchase History and select Return this item from the More actions drop-down menu.
Select the reason for the return.
Print the return label provided through Ebay.
If you are returning defective product within the 30 day warranty period, the return label will be printed at no charge to you.
If you are returning non-defective product within the 30 day return period, the cost of our intial shipping and the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Warranty
All products sold by Wholesale Copier Parts are designed and manufactured to perform equivalent to or better than OEM products. Wholesale Copier Parts warrants each product to be free from manufacturing related defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.

This warranty excludes damage to products occuring during installation or incorrect installation by the customer or the customer’s servicing agent.
This warranty excludes damage incurred during shipment by the purchaser to another party.
